These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of artwork, prints, and commissioned artwork through this website.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Business Customers
You may purchase from this website as either:
A consumer (an individual buying for personal use), or
A business customer (buying in the course of trade).
If purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Consumer statutory rights under UK law are not affected by these Terms.
3. Products
All artwork and prints are described as accurately as possible.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen display settings and print processes.
Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.
Frames (if offered) will be described in the product listing.
I reserve the right to amend product descriptions or discontinue products at any time.
4. Custom Commissions
Where you order a commissioned piece:
A written agreement via email will confirm scope, size, price, and delivery timeframe.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% may be required before work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
Reasonable revisions may be included if agreed in advance. Significant changes to the agreed brief may incur additional charges.
As commissioned artwork is personalised, cancellation and return rights may be limited (see Section 8).
5. Orders and Contract Formation
After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
A legally binding contract is formed when I confirm dispatch of your order (or, for commissions, when I confirm acceptance of the commission in writing).
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including:
Pricing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Product unavailability
If payment has already been taken, a refund will be issued.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP
I am not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged.
Payment must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed for commissions.
Payments are processed securely via Squarespace and its integrated payment providers. I do not store full payment card details.
7. Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.
If an item is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Returns and Cancellation Rights
Consumer Customers (Non-Custom Items)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To cancel, you must notify me in writing within the 14-day period.
You then have 14 days to return the goods.
Items must be returned in original condition.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Custom or Personalised Items
The right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or personalised commissioned artwork, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Business Customers
Business customers are not entitled to the 14-day cooling-off period.
Returns from business customers are accepted only if:
The item is faulty, damaged, or
There has been an error in fulfilment.
Notification must be made within [7] days of delivery.
9. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
Notify me within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photographs of the damage and packaging.
I will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and content on this website remain my intellectual property.
Purchase of a print or commissioned artwork does not transfer copyright.
You may not:
Reproduce artwork
Resell artwork without permission
Use artwork commercially without written licence
Create derivative works
Commissioned work does not transfer copyright unless expressly agreed in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or traudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot legally be excluded
Subject to the above, my total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
I shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
I shall not be liable for any damage caused to the artwork or property in the installation of the artwork.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including:
Attempting to gain unauthorised access
Introducing malicious software
Using content without permission
I reserve the right to suspend or withdraw website access if misuse is suspected.
13. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy, available on this website.
14. Force Majeure
1 am not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond my reasonable control, including postal disruption, supply chain delays, natural events, or government restrictions.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
